You are billed when the phone is answered. If no one answers the phone, you will not be charged.

I am receiving a 403 when calling the API?

Due to an increasing amount of fraud, we have had to block API calls from IPs originating in the following country codes: CN,VN,TW,KR,NA,NG,RO,HK,RU,BO,DZ. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences this may cause.
